Poor Bus Commuter

I have read the news item "Poor Bus Commuter" in "www.dharitri.com". I am very sorry for not writing the actual news item heading in oriya as published. I also feel the same,there is nobody in our state who can feel the difficulty the people are facing while travelling by bus. Same thing happens during last week of december when most of the route buses were reserved for picnic. So my question is why people are not raisng voice for this? Also another thing if we are paying the actual bus fare then we should demand for the facility? Sometime back I have argued with some people that if this is the situation then how we can say that "orissa" has developed? In our childhood we used to go by bus by standing,now also same. Is it the progress?
