Respected Editor Sir,
I am a regular reader of Dharitri. Considering present situation , Can
Dharitri publish an article describing the departmental situations/
status of concerned Ministers/ Secretary in their own village or in Gram
Panchayat . In particular Ministry of Agriculture, Health, Mass
Education, Environment and Forest be brought out to show the strength at
home . These depts are crippled today from some months also.
