Incident of police misbehavior is rampant i was subjected by Mr. Himanshu Lal. i being a business man who stays at pune but have a office in Bhubaneswar filed a complain and in that regard went to meet Himanshu Lal but he behaved like a king, the atrocities against reporter is condemnable.
