I think you need to change Oriya to Odiya and Orissa
to Odisha

Dear Sir Thank you for thinking so much
However, we think we are tired of saying that we intend to keep up
Orissa and Oriya since we find it ridiculous to change the English
spelling which has absolutely no relevance to any one in the state of
Orissa.
