ଧରିତ୍ରୀ ଲାଇଭର ‘ବିଲୁଆ ବିଚାର’ ଏକ ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ ଭିତ୍ତିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ। କାହାର ସମ୍ମାନ ହାନି କରିବା କିମ୍ବା କାହାକୁ ଆକ୍ଷେପ କରିବା ଆମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ।
‘Bilua Bichara’ is a satirical take on the functioning of government and officials. It parodies the misuse of power and the position of few politicos who are still maintaining the dynasty system in politics. Chakara Sahoo, a young illiterate is following them and wants to implement the same dynasty system for a government job after his father was dismissed from service while taking bribe.
