Bhubaneswar to host FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup| ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ହେବ ୧୭ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ମହିଳା ବିଶ୍ବ କପ୍

Bhubaneswar has received provisional clearance to host FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup being the first venue for the sporting extravaganza scheduled to be held in 2020. Kalinga Stadium will become the first to host a FIFA competition in Odisha. As many as 16 countries will participate in the tournament.

ଓଡିଶା କ୍ରୀଡା ଇତିହାସରେ ଯୋଡି ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି ଆଉ ଏକ ନୂଆ ଫର୍ଦ୍ଦ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ପୁଣି ଗୋଟିଏ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ପାଇବେ ସମଗ୍ର ଓଡିଶାବାସୀ । ଆସନ୍ତା ବର୍ଷ ୨୦୨୦ ରେ ଫୁଟବଲର ସର୍ବୋଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତା ଫିଫା ୧୭ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ମହିଳା ବିଶ୍ବକପ୍ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ । ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନଜନକ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତାରେ ମୋଟ ୧୬ ଟି ଦେଶ ଭାଗ ନେବେ । ତେବେ ଆୟୋଜକ ଦେଶ ଭାବେ ଭାରତ ପ୍ରଥମ ଦଳ ଭାବେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପକ୍କା କରିଛି ।
