The immersion ceremony of Goddess Durga has started after Vijayadashami came to an end Tuesday. Residents of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are excited to get a glimpse of the clay idols of the Goddess one last time until next year. Special temporary tankers have been made at designated places to immerse the idols of the Goddess to avoid pollution.
ସରିଛି ଶାରଦୀୟ ଦୁର୍ଗାପୂଜା। ବିଦାୟ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ଜଗତଜନନୀ ମା’ ଦୁର୍ଗା। ପୁଣି ମା’ଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିବା ଲାଗି ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଆଉ ଏକ ବର୍ଷ । ଭଷାଣୀ ଲାଗି କଟକ ଏବଂ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ବିସର୍ଜନ ଲାଗି କଟକର ଦେବୀଗଡ଼ାରେ ୩ ଟି ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପୋଖରୀ ଓ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର କୁଆଖାଇ ନଦୀରେ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ ପୋଖରୀ କରାଯାଇଛି।
