Amidst deteriorating traffic situation in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Dharitri Live spoke to twin city Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi to discuss the anger among the public following the introduction of the new Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019. The IPS officer also spoke about the role of police in bringing about social reforms.
