While the entire state celebrates Raja with pomp, Kausalyapur is not fortunate enough. The village that lies on Bhubaneswar suburbs has seen extensive devastation owing to cyclone Fani. There is hardly a tree left to tie a swing in this village. The mood, obviously is damp.
