After a brief lull of three months, Odisha police and transport department have decided to go gung-ho in enforcing the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act 2019. It will be strictly implemented in the state beginning March 1. Meanwhile, this has led to panic among the people and extended queues can be seen at RTOs once again. ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୧ରୁ ପୁଣିଥରେ କଡାକଡି ହେବ ନୂଆ ମୋଟରଯାନ ଆଇନ୍। ଟ୍ରାଫିକ୍ ନିୟମ ଖିଲାପକାରୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନିଆଯିବ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ, ଯାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢିଯାଇଛି। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଆରଟିଓ ଅଫିସରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ଲମ୍ବା ଲାଇନ୍ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି। ତେବେ ଚାଲନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ କେତେ ସଚେତନତା ଅଛି।
