Cyclone Bulbul will make landfall between Sagar Islands (West Bengal) and Khepupara (Bangladesh), across the Sunderban delta during the early hours of November 10 as a severe cyclonic storm with maximum sustained wind speed of 110-120 kmph gusting to 135 kmph. Several districts of coastal Odisha including Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Bhadrak and Balasore are expected to receive intense rainfall and heavy winds. Two teams of ODRAF and one of the NDRF are on standby in each of these districts, while adequate fire services personnel have also been deployed.

ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗ ଓ ବାଂଲାଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟଭାଗରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଛୁଇଁବ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ ବୁଲବୁଲ । ୧୦ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମବଙ୍ଗର ଓ ବାଂଲାଦେଶର ଖେପୁପରା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୁନ୍ଦରବନରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଛୁଇଁବ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା, ଜଗତସିଂହପୁର, ଭଦ୍ରକ, ବାଲେଶ୍ୱର ଜିଲାରେ ପବନ ହେବ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଉଛି। ଏହାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ୯ଟି ଜିଲାର ପ୍ରଶାସନ ସଜାଗ ରହିଛି।
